We are Catheline and Jason, two lifelong mates and former professional carpet cleaners who spent over a decade each navigating London’s floors, from cosy flats in Chelsea to sprawling offices in the City. Over the years, we’ve encountered nearly every carpet challenge imaginable—stubborn wine stains, pet disasters, worn-out fibres, and plenty of unusual finds under the sofa. We’ve hung up our equipment and swapped our cleaning vans for keyboards to share everything we’ve learned.
